Willy’s Carolina BBQtm is a traditional favorite barbeque sauce for pork, that tastes great on every food. This is an East Carolina style vinegar-based marinade and dipping sauce. We carefully adjusted the old-time recipe and produced a delicious and authentic sauce that contains no fat, no gluten, is very low sodium, low sugar, has no dyes and no preservatives and mild piquant.

Each year for the last seven years we produced 2 gallons of Willy’s Carolina in spring and kept them in glass jugs in the basement for use all summer long. The recipe is so beloved that, as far as we know, every rib ever marinated in Willy’s Carolina has been consumed immediately.

Willy’s Carolina BBQtm is: Low Calorie, Very Low Sodium, Fat Free, Cholesterol Free, Vegan, No Nuts, No Dairy, No Preservatives, No Dyes, Soy, Gums or Gluten and No Genetically-Modified Foods.

Ingredients: Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Yellow Mustard, Tomato Paste, Brown Sugar and Spices.

Directions: Shake well. Use at least 2 oz. of sauce per pound. Brush on or marinate meats and tofu in plastic bag 1-48 hours, fish 1 hour, portabellas 1 minute.  Oil and grill covered, broil or roast at 450o F.  Serve extra sauce on the side.  Refrigerate up to two weeks after opening.

South Carolina Flag

In 1775 the South Carolina flag was a silver crescent on a blue field. After the civil war the state tree, a palmetto, was added.

North Carolina Flag

The North Carolina flag uses the design elements found in the American flag with the addition of the letters “N” and “C” and two gold scrolls. The scrolls commemorate dates of declarations of independence from Great Britain. Some historians question the existence of the declaration referred to on the upper scroll.
